Pickup is reserved for your selected date and time.

Early arrival for pre-order items cannot be accommodated.

While our doors open at 11, all pre-orders are prepared and released strictly at their scheduled time so plan accordingly.

Your order is confirmed upon checkout.
A follow-up confirmation or pickup reminder will not be sent.

Orders not collected on the selected pickup date will be donated to a local senior care facility.

Please have the order name the order was placed under ready at pickup to ensure a smooth handoff.
 
All sales are final on holiday and pre-order items.

If someone else is picking up on your behalf, please provide them with the order name.
