Classic carrot cake studded with pecans and swirls of warm spices and brown sugar layered with perfectly tangy cream cheese buttercream. The cake is then adorned with a gorgeous caramel drip, a brown sugar crown and crushed pecans.
Our cake tastes best at just below room temperature. If you are serving the cake on the day that you pick it up from the bakery, you can choose to refrigerate it or keep it out of direct sunlight in a cool area. If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out at least 30 minutes before serving to ensure soft cake and creamy buttercream.
